Arizona Diamondbacks reliever Silvino Bracho has tested positive for COVID-19, Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo announced.
Bracho and fellow Diamondbacks pitcher Junior Guerra both tested positive. In order to get cleared to rejoin the Diamondbacks, they will need to pass two consecutive COVID-19 tests 24 hours apart. Bracho underwent Tommy John surgery before the 2019 season and recently suffered a setback. It's unclear when he will be able to contribute.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Diamondbacks are tied for having the 18th-highest odds (+4300) to win the 2020 World Series.
