Baltimore Orioles outfielder/first baseman Trey Mancini (cancer) doesn't expect to play this season.
Mancini underwent surgery in March to remove a malignant tumor from his colon. He's currently undergoing chemo treatment every other week for six months. The 28-year-old expects to eventually resume his playing career.
Mancini hit .291/.364/.535 with 35 homers, 97 RBI, and 106 runs scored last season.
