Miami Marlins center Jorge Alfaro has been given the all-clear to ramp back up during Spring Training.
Alfaro was scratched from action last week due to left oblique tightness, and he didn't appear in anything since that day. He didn't appear on either of the team's split-squad lineups Wednesday, but a return to the field could be in order relatively soon for Alfaro.
In 130 games last season, Alfaro had a .262 batting average with 18 home runs, 57 RBI and a .736 OPS.
