New York Mets outfielder J.D. Davis' MRI on his left shoulder showed "no new structural damage," per Mets general manager Brodie Van Wagenen.
Davis injured his shoulder after diving for a grounder on Tuesday in a Grapefruit League game. He should be fine for Opening Day.
Davis slashed .307/.369/.527 with 22 home runs, 57 RBI, and 65 runs scored in his first full season in the bigs last year.
