Carlos Beltran has stepped down as manager of the New York Mets, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
Beltran is out before having managed a game, as he is the latest person to lose his job as a result of the Astros' sign-stealing scandal. He is currently not facing discipline from MLB.
