Kay didn't feel right after throwing on Tuesday afternoon. He owns a 5.90 ERA and 1.35 WHIP with 68 strikeouts and 30 walks in 71 2/3 innings (35 games, six starts) this season. Left-hander Thomas Pannone is now taking the mound for the Blue Jays in this divisional matchup.
