Miami Marlins' catcher Jorge Alfaro left Tuesday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks early with a left wrist injury.

What It Means:

Alfaro's wrist was struck by a backswing in the first inning. He was replaced at catcher by Bryan Holaday.
