Oakland Athletics infielder Sheldon Neuse is not in the lineup on Sunday in the team's game against the Texas Rangers.
Neuse is being replaced at second base by Jurickson Profar against Rangers starter Jonathan Hernandez.
In 37 plate appearances this season, Neuse has a .265 batting average and a .648 OPS.
