Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ is not in the lineup on Friday in the team's game against the Washington Nationals.
Happ is being replaced at second base by Tony Kemp against Nationals starter Anibal Sanchez.
In 70 plate appearances this season, Happ has a .250 batting average and an .874 OPS.
