San Diego Padres right fielder Hunter Renfroe is starting in Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus right-hander Luis Castillo and the Cincinnati Reds.
Renfroe is working out of the cleanup spot in the midst of a 2-for-22 slump. Josh Naylor is moving to left field while Francisco Mejia returns to catching duties. Austin Hedges is out of the lineup.
