Mallex Smith absent from Mariners' lineup on Saturday
Seattle Mariners center fielder Mallex Smith will not start Saturday's game versus the Toronto Blue Jays.
Smith led off for the Mariners on Friday night, but will head to the bench in favor of Keon Broxton, who will bat eighth against the righty Trent Thornton on Saturday.
