Atlanta's Adam Duvall sent down to the minors
Atlanta Braves outfielder Adam Duvall was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett on Friday.
What It Means:
Duvall struggled after a hot start and will spend some time in Triple-A unless an injury occurs. Look for Matt Joyce to see increased playing time in the outfield until Austin Riley is healthy.
In 68 at-bats this season, Duvall produced a .250 average with five home runs and ten RBI.
