Detroit Tigers designated hitter Miguel Cabrera is starting in Game 2 on Tuesday night versus left-hander Hector Santiago and the Chicago White Sox.
Cabrera is working out of the three-hole after sitting out the first half of this doubleheader. Brandon Dixon is on first base and cleaning up. John Hicks is behind the bag, replacing Jake Rogers.
