Indians' Carlos Carrasco (cancer) to do more mound work
Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco (cancer) is scheduled for a couple more bullpen sessions this week, manager Terry Francona said.
What It Means:
Carrasco has been out since the end of May due to leukemia. The Indians aren't providing a timetable for the right-hander's return.
Carrasco is 4-6 in 12 starts this season. He owns a 4.98 ERA and 1.31 WHIP with 79 strikeouts and 11 walks across 65 innings.
