St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill is not starting on Wednesday versus right-hander Jordan Lyles and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
O'Neill went 0-for-9 with 3 strikeouts in the first two games of this series. Yairo Munoz is moving to left field on Wednesday while Dexter Fowler starts in center. Paul Goldschmidt is in the cleanup spot.
