Byron Buxton return to Twins delayed by wisdom teeth
Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton had three wisdom teeth pulled last Friday.
The procedure has caused a delay in Buxton's return from the 7-day concussion injured list. He will be back soon, per the Twins. Max Kepler has been covering center field for Minnesota.
Buxton is batting .249/.308/.490 with 9 homers, 24 doubles, 42 RBI, 43 runs scored, and 13 steals in 268 plate appearances (75 games) this season.
