Nick Senzel (hamstring) sitting Thursday for Cincinnati
Cincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel (hamstring) is not starting in Thursday's series opener versus right-hander Dakota Hudson and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Senzel made an early exit with a minor hamstring injury from Wednesday's loss to the Chicago Cubs. He's considered day-to-day. Jesse Winker is replacing Senzel in center field and the leadoff spot.
Senzel is hitting .273/.336/.471 with 8 homers, 15 doubles, 29 RBI, 37 runs scored, and 9 steals in 256 plate appearances (87 games) this season.
