David Dahl day-to-day for Rockies with ankle injury

Colorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl is considered day-to-day with a left foot contusion.

What It Means:

Dahl fouled a ball off his left foot in the bottom of the first inning Wednesday afternoon, but X-rays revealed he avoided a fracture. The Rockies will re-evaluate Dahl after Thursday's off day.

Dahl is batting .303/.350/.523 with 13 home runs, 24 doubles, 54 RBI, and 60 runs scored in 355 plate appearances this season.
