Cincinnati Reds catcher Juan Graterol is starting on Wednesday afternoon versus right-hander Yu Darvish and the Chicago Cubs.
Graterol was just added to the roster to replace Raisel Iglesias (paternity) after spending all season with Triple-A Louisville. He's catching Sonny Gray and batting eighth in his debut for the Reds in place of Kyle Farmer, who was scratched for an undisclosed reason.
The 30-year-old is a career .217/.227/.274 hitter in the big leagues.
