Seattle Mariners designated hitter Dan Vogelbach is not starting on Wednesday afternoon versus right-hander Homer Bailey and the Oakland Athletics.
What It Means:
It's the second day off in the past three games (four days) for Vogelbach, who has hit just .161 with a .555 OPS in 10 games this month. Omar Narvaez is covering DH and cleanup duties Wednesday while Tom Murphy starts at catcher.
