Minnesota Twins second baseman Jonathan Schoop is not starting on Wednesday afternoon versus left-hander Jason Vargas and the New York Mets.
Schoop hit his 15th home run of the season in a 3-2 loss to the Mets on Tuesday. Luis Arraez is filling in at second base for Wednesday's matinee.
