Rays' Ji-Man Choi receives Saturday night off
Tampa Bay Rays first baseman Ji-Man Choi is not starting in Saturday's second game against the Baltimore Orioles.
What It Means:
Choi will rest tonight with Yandy Diaz handling designated hitting duties, Michael Brosseau at third base, Joey Wendle at second, and Willy Adames at shortstop.
In 243 at-bats this season, Choi is hitting .263 with 9 home runs and 33 RBI.
