Tampa Bay Rays' Diego Castillo (shoulder) is expected to return to the team's bullpen on Friday.
Castillo has been out since June 22. The Rays will need him back, because Jose Alvarado hit the injured list earlier this week.
Castillo has a 3.93 ERA and a 1.31 WHIP with 11 holds over 34 1/3 innings this season.
