San Francisco Giants infielder Pablo Sandoval is not starting in Sunday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Sandoval will head to the bench this afternoon with Evan Longoria starting at third base against St. Louis.
In 177 at-bats this season, Sandoval is hitting .288 with 11 home runs and 33 RBI.
