Yankees' Domingo German activated for Wednesday start

The New York Yankees activated starting pitcher Domingo German from the 10-day injured list.

What It Means:

German is toeing the rubber across town versus the New York Mets on Wednesday night after missing nearly a month with a left hip flexor strain. The 26-year-old right-hander went 9-2 in 12 starts before landing on the IL. He owns a 3.86 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with 77 strikeouts and 19 walks over 70 innings. The Yankees optioned left-hander Stephen Tarpley to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in a corresponding roster move.

numberFire's models expect German to score 30.1 FanDuel points on Wednesday. He's priced at $8,100.
