Tampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe is not starting in Sunday afternoon's series finale versus left-hander Brett Anderson and the Oakland Athletics.
Joey Wendle is moving to second base in place of Lowe while Michael Brosseau makes his MLB debut at third.
