Mike Clevinger (ankle) placed on 10-day Injured List by Indians

Cleveland Indians pitcher Mike Clevinger has been placed on the 10-day injured list, retroactive to June 18th.

What It Means:

Clevinger rolled his ankle in his first start since April 7th. He had missed the past 2 months due to a back injury. The Indians have recalled pitcher Josh Smith from AAA Columbus in his place.
