Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (hamstring, knee) will be activated off the injured list Wednesday.
Altuve missed a month and a week due to a hamstring strain and then discomfort in his surgically-repaired right knee. He'll be back at it for Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus the Cincinnati Reds. The 29-year-old second baseman Altuve hit .243/.329/.472 with 9 homers, 6 doubles, 21 RBI, 21 runs scored, and a steal over 164 plate appearances (39 games) before going down.
numberFire's models expect Altuve to record 8 homers, 32 RBI, 35 runs scored, and 4 steals over the rest of the season.
