Elvis Andrus back for Rangers in Monday's opener

Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus is back in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener versus right-hander Mike Clevinger and the Cleveland Indians.

Andrus is back on shortstop and batting third after being held out of Sunday's series finale versus the Cincinnati Reds. Danny Santana is moving to left field in place of Hunter Pence, who has been placed on the injured list with a groin injury.
