Angels' Justin Upton (toe) will be activated on Monday
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton (toe) will join the active roster on Monday.
According to manager Brad Ausmus, Upton is ready to be activated after playing in six minor league rehab games. In 21 at-bats during his rehab stint, the Angels' slugger produced a .333 average, two home runs, and six RBI.
Our models project Upton to produce a .248 batting average with 13 home runs and 45 RBI this season.
