Chicago White Sox infielder Yoan Moncada (back) is not in the lineup for the third straight day on Friday.
Moncada last played on Monday but is not considered a candidate for the injured list as the team is calling him day-to-day. Jose Rondon will make another start at third base in Moncada's place on Friday.
Moncada has slashed .295/.348/.506 with 12 homers, 39 RBI, and 38 runs scored in 274 plate appearances this season.
