Oakland Athletics catcher Josh Phegley is not starting in Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus the Tampa Bay Rays.
Phegley is being replaced at catcher by Beau Taylor as the Athletics wrap up this three-game interleague set at Tropicana Field.
