Houston Astros infielder Jack Mayfield will not start in Tuesday's matchup against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Mayfield will receive the night off with Alex Bregman starting at shortstop, Yuli Gurriel shifting to third base, and Tyler White at first.
In 32 at-bats this season, Mayfield is hitting .063 with one home run and two RBI.
