New York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton (calf) will re-start his rehab assignment Tuesday with High-A Tampa.
Stanton was slated to start a rehab assignment for a biceps injury three weeks ago, but after suffering a calf strain, he has been unable to play since. With all the injuries, Stanton has been out of action for over two months but appears to be nearing a big league return in the next week or so.
Our models project Stanton for just 6 homers, 20 RBI, and 20 runs scored while batting .248 in 163 plate appearances the rest of the season.
