Twins' Jake Odorizzi wins his third straight decision on Sunday
Minnesota Twins pitcher Jake Odorizzi allowed one earned run over six innings in Sunday's 12-2 victory over the Detroit Tigers.
Odorizzi continued his great 2019 season on Sunday with his ninth victory and third straight start with at least eight strikeouts. Through 13 starts this season, the Twins' right-hander has been stingy, allowing only 46 hits and 4 home runs.
In 70.1 innings pitched this season, Odorizzi has produced a 1.92 ERA and 78 strikeouts.
