White Sox place Dylan Covey (shoulder) on the 10-day Injured List
Chicago White Sox pitcher Dylan Covey was placed on the 10-day Injured List retroactive to June 6th after experiencing right shoulder inflammation.
What It Means:
Covey will miss some time after suffering from discomfort in his right shoulder. The White Sox will utilize Odrisamer Despaigne in the rotation while Covey is out.
In 37.1 innings pitched this season, Covey has produced a 4.58 ERA and 22 strikeouts.
