Oakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano is out of Friday's starting lineup against the Texas Rangers.
Laureano will rest tonight with Mark Canha shifting to center field and Matt Olson starting at first base.
In 224 at-bats this season, Laureano is hitting .259 with 8 home runs and 23 RBI.
