Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zack Greinke's (neck) next start is being pushed from Friday to Saturday.
Greinke felt some neck stiffness in his most recent start over the weekend, so the Diamondbacks are giving the 35-year-old right-hander an extra day of rest before his scheduled road start against the Toronto Blue Jays. He's 6-2 in 13 starts this season while posting a 3.09 ERA and 0.93 WHIP with 75 strikeouts and 12 walks across 81 2/3 innings.
numberFire's models believe Greinke will record a 3.31 ERA and 1.08 WHIP with 128 K and 28 BB over the rest of the season.
