Seattle Mariners first baseman Dan Vogelbach will not start against the Los Angeles Angels on Friday.
Vogelbach will rest tonight with Jay Bruce at first base and Domingo Santana in left field.
In 159 at-bats this season, Vogelbach is hitting .245 with 15 home runs and 32 RBI.
