Washington Nationals pitcher Anibal Sanchez (hamstring) will be activated off the injured list and will start versus the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday.
Sanchez has been out since May 16 with a hamstring strain but will be ready to roll without a rehab assignment on Wednesday. No word on the corresponding roster move.
Sanchez has posted a 5.10 ERA and 1.68 WHIP with 41 strikeouts in 42 1/3 innings pitched this season.
