Boston Red Sox first baseman Mitch Moreland will not start against the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday.
Moreland will sit today with Eduardo Nunez starting at second base and Michael Chavis shifting to first.
In 143 at-bats this season, Moreland is hitting .238 with 13 home runs and 34 RBI.
