Daniel Descalso on Cubs' bench Wednesday
Chicago Cubs second baseman Daniel Descalso is not starting on Wednesday against left-hander Cole Irvin and the Philadelphia Phillies.
What It Means:
Javier Baez (heel) is back at shortstop, so Addison Russell is sliding to second base while Descalso heads to the bench.
numberFire's models expect Descalso to record 8 homers, 33 RBI, and 33 runs scored over the rest of the season.
