Eloy Jimenez active, starting for White Sox Monday
The Chicago White Sox activated outfielder Eloy Jimenez from the 10-day injured list.
Jimenez hasn't played since April 26 due to a high right ankle sprain. He's starting in left field and hitting sixth in Monday's series opener versus right-hander Brad Peacock and the Houston Astros. The 22-year-old was batting .241/.294/.380 with 3 home runs, 2 doubles, and 8 RBI over his first 85 major league plate appearances. The White Sox optioned Nick Delmonico to Triple-A Charlotte in a corresponding roster move.
numberFire's models expect Jimenez to score 7.7 FanDuel points on Monday. He's priced at $2,700.
