Cleveland Indians outfielder/designated hitter Jake Bauers is not starting in Monday's series opener versus left-hander Brett Anderson and the Oakland Athletics.
Carlos Gonzalez is handling DH duties while Oscar Mercado moves to left field and Jordan Luplow starts in right. Bauers has gone 3-for-26 (.115) over the last eight games.
numberFire's models expect Bauers to record 9 homers, 37 RBI, 41 runs scored, and 6 steals over the rest of the season.
