Boston Red Sox infielder Eduardo Nunez is out of Monday's starting lineup against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Nunez will rest this afternoon with Mitch Moreland at first base and Steve Pearce handling designated hitting duties.
In 75 at-bats this season, Nunez is hitting .173 with one home run and nine RBI.
