Eduardo Escobar flirts with cycle in Diamondbacks' win
Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eduardo Escobar went 3-for-5 with a homer, triple, 3 RBI, and 2 runs scored in a 9-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday.
Escobar finished a double short of the cycle. He hit a 2-run triple in the second inning and added a solo homer in the fourth. The 30-year-old is slashing .288/.362/.532 with 8 homers and 24 RBI through 177 plate appearances.
