Luebke is an interesting case as he turns 31 in March and last pitched in the majors in 2012 because of two Tommy John surgeries. The Jays interest is a low-risk-high-reward situation as Luebke offers some upside, and it likely won't cost Toronto much to sign him.

His xFIP is 3.21 and his strikeouts per nine innings is 9.32, both of which would have been top-15 totals among qualified starters this season.
