Washington Nationals third baseman Anthony Rendon (elbow) remains out of the lineup on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Rendon was hit in the elbow on Saturday and has not played since. X-rays have come back negative, leaving just likely soreness for the third baseman. Howie Kendrick is at third base on Tuesday.
Rendon has batted .371 with 6 homers, 18 RBI, and 21 runs scored in 82 plate appearances this season.
