Rockies' Daniel Murphy (finger) could return from the IL on Tuesday
Colorado Rockies infielder Daniel Murphy (finger) could return from the injured list on Tuesday.
Murphy completed his third rehab game on Monday afternoon and could make his way back to Colorado later tonight. If he does return, Garrett Hampson is likley to see reduced playing time with Ryan McMahon getting the bulk of the starts at second with Murphy at first base.
Murphy saw just 10 plate appearances before breaking his finger, collecting just 1 hit and 1 run this season.
