Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Jason Martin is out of Monday's lineup versus the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Martin is being replaced in left field by Melky Cabrera while Gregory Polanco (shoulder) makes his season debut in right.
Martin is batting .308 through 28 plate appearances this season.
